One straightforward option involves traditional whitening, which begins with a visit to our office for impressions of your mouth. We use these impressions to create custom trays that you wear for approximately half an hour each day. These trays hold a gel-like whitening solution, similar in consistency to hair gel. You only need to apply a small amount of this material to the tray and leave it in your mouth for about half an hour. Over the course of several days, this gradual process effectively whitens your teeth.
