These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, forms, and communication services provided by Best Care Dental, P.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for Mini Dental Implant Centers of America in Colorado Springs, CO.

Use of Website and Services

Our website provides information about our practice and dental services. Using this website or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, establish a doctor-patient relationship.

SMS Program and Message Types

The Best Care Dental, P.C. promotional text program sends messages about dental services, special offers, and invitations to schedule a free mini dental implant consultation to people who expressly opt in. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

After enrollment, you may receive a subscription confirmation. Related program administration messages may respond to HELP requests or confirm that you have opted out.

Consent Requirements

To enroll, enter your phone number and select the separate, optional marketing consent checkbox on our website consultation form. This checkbox is unchecked by default. You may submit the form without selecting it. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, or completing a quiz does not, by itself, enroll you in the promotional text program.

By selecting the marketing consent checkbox, you authorize promotional texts and calls from Best Care Dental, P.C. at the number provided about dental services, special offers, and free mini dental implant consultations, including automated texts and calls using prerecorded voices, as disclosed beside the checkbox.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment. We send promotional texts only to people who have affirmatively opted in and have not opted out.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use our SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text messaging or data plan.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us.

After receiving your request, we may send one message confirming that you have unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again.

To rejoin the program, complete the opt-in process again.
